Read Black Judge Ronnie White's Dissent
John Ashcroft voted against Black MO judge Ronnie White's appointment to be a federal judge because of White's dissent in the murder case State v. Johnson. Hulshof, who just happened to be the prosecutor in the case, told the Senate Judiciary Committee a crucial fact Judge White neglected to mention. Sherrif Jones' wife Pam (below) and 3 other peace officers were murdered by the man Judge Ronnie White was willing to let off. Mrs. Jones was shot 5 times through the window of her home and died in front of her family. Rep. Hulshof just happened to be the prosecutor in the case, funny how God puts people in position, isn't it?
