Congress Muslims believe the Koran to be the "very words" of God. Sura 9:29 of Koran says:
Americans should be familiar with this verse. We fought the first foreign war in our history - the Barbary Pirate War - over it. Jizya, the Arabic word that means tribute, is what non-Muslims must pay to have ANY rights in Muslim lands. Can there be a constitutional right to follow Koran when Islam requires non-Muslims to pay tribute to Muslims to have any rights? Sura 9:73 of Koran requires Muslims to make war on non-Muslims and "nominal" Muslims who don't strictly follow Koran. Koran calls those who don't strictly follow its teachings "hypocrites."
Can there be a constitutional right to follow Koran when Islam requires Muslims to make war on non-Muslims? If Islam is not constitutional, how can Muslims be Congressmen? The Snake in the Garden is now on FOX News TBN took Hal Lindsey off the air and warned all its other hosts not to speak about Islam. Zola Levitt - host of the leading TV ministry focused on Israel - contracted cancer and expects to die this year. Perhaps the most shocking attack took place right on FOX News on Friday, March 17, when Bill O'Reilly tempted a Christian to deny what God says about idolatry with the very words Satan used to tempt Eve in the Garden, "Hath God said..." O'Reilly tried to get Dr. Albert Mohler, president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, to deny that Jesus said idolatry is demonic. Dr. Mohler backed and filled, but Citizen Soldier readers should be able to knock O'Reilly's God-hating surrender mentality out of the park. What follows is a transcript of O'Reilly's statements and questions, with answers we at Citizen Soldier have written and that every Bible-believer today needs to be able to give. O'Reilly: In the unresolved problem segment, winning hearts and minds in the Muslim world. As I've stated the USA cannot win the War on Terror without the help of moderate Muslims. We must convince them to reject the terrorist and fascists. Recently preachers Pat Robertson and Franklin Graham expounded on Islam in this way: Pat Robertson clip: These people are crazed fanatics and - I want to say it now - I believe it's motivated by demonic power. It is Satanic and it's time we recognized what we're dealing with. Franklin Graham clips: I've been working in Muslim countries now for, oh, 40 years or more so I, I know about Islam. <cut> If people think Islam is such a wonderful religion just go to Saudi Arabia and make it your home. <cut> Ah, just live there if you think Islam is such a wonderful religion just go and live under the Taliban somewhere.
Question 1. O'Reilly: Now Robertson and Graham were unavailable this evening - both of them welcome on the factor at any time. Joining us now from Louisville, Kentucky Dr. Albert Mohler, the president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Here's my, here's my problem with this. Um, when you say something like that, Al Jazeera gets it, puts it on in the Arab world, and says, "See, all Americans think we're all terrible. They don't distinguish between the terrorist and the "good" Muslims and they're our enemies." And it just creates more Jihadists. Where am I going wrong? Answer to 1: Where you're going wrong is you don't seem to understand that Islam teaches Muslims to hate non-Muslims regardless of what they do or say. The Koran teaches Muslims not to even take Jews or Christians as friends, and Koran requires Muslims to make war not only on non-Muslims but also on nominal Muslims who don't strictly follow the Koran. There's a purpose for this, Muslims are told to fight until Islam reigns supreme - until Islam gains global domination. Muslims become jihadists because Koran's commands to fight are backed up by eternal rewards and punishments. The Koran teaches Muslims that dying in the cause of Allah is the only sure way to go to heaven. If you want to stop jihad you have to teach Muslims that hating and killing are not the way to get to heaven.
Question 2. O'Reilly: You think Islam is a demonic religion? Answer to 2: There's an easy way to understand Islam is demonic, just think of the Ten Commandments, like don't kill, don't commit adultery, don't steal, and don't lie. God's moral rules - the rules of the true God, not the god of the Koran - are given by a loving creator for man's benefit, and they all flow from God's command that we should love others as we love ourselves. Every religion - including Islam - has some of these rules, but only Judaism and Christianity have the full set and apply them to all people. Other religions always either lack some of the rules or twist them in some way. Let me give you an example of what I mean by twisting a moral rule. In Islam, it is an unforgiveable sin to kill another Muslim, that is, to kill somebody who follows the Koran. But Muslims are commanded to kill non-Muslims and people who claim to be Muslims but don't strictly follow Koran. Now God's moral rules are an expression of God's very nature, they are the rules that He, Himself, follows, and they define what is righteous and good. Who is it that refuses to live by God's rules and has been trying since the Garden of Eden to get man to break them? The devil and his demons. If you see a religion that teaches men to break God's rules you can be sure that it is demonic.
Question 3. O'Reilly: You're gonna go to peace-loving Hindus and look at them and say your religion is demonic, Dr., that's what you're gonna do? Answer to 3: You mean the peace-loving Hindus who throw the wife on the husband's funeral pyre? The Hindus whose religion discriminates against dark-skinned people - the Dalits - by declaring them to be spiritually unclean and relegating them to be the permanent underclass in Hindu society? God says He loved the world so much that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall have everlasting life. Jesus says He is the way, the truth, and the life, that no man goes to the Father but by Him. If you truly loved Hindus - or Muslims - wouldn't you want to tell them the truth that Satan wants them to suffer eternal torment with him, but God's free gift is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord?
Question 4. O'Reilly: Can you can you point to me - in Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John - one time when Jesus looked at a Jew and said you're in a demonic religion? Answer to 4: Jesus is the Jewish Messiah. Before Christ came, anyone could become a Jew who believed the promise of God that the Messiah was coming. After the Jews rejected Jesus, God commanded the message the Messiah had come be brought to the whole world, and God shows favor we don't merit by giving eternal life and His Holy Spirit to all who believe this message. Jesus did condemn the Jewish religious leaders of His time. These leaders had turned Judaism away from faith to a religion of works beyond what was required in the Law of Moses. They were so far away from God that they did not recognize Jesus when He came, even though he fulfilled all the prophets said about Him. In Mt. 23:33 Jesus called these leaders serpents and vipers, and asked them, "How can ye escape the damnation of hell?" If that isn't connecting them with the old serpent the devil and the Lake of Fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels, I don't know what is.
Question 5. O'Reilly: I didn't hear Him say the Romans were demonic and they, of course, were polytheists, umah, you know, worshipping whatever gods... Answer to 5: When Jesus came the first time He came as the suffering servant to the House of Israel, God's Chosen People. The Roman polytheists stand condemned by the Romans who - even though they did not know what was written in the prophets - nevertheless believed Christ, like the Centurion who told Jesus, "Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof, but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed." Mt.8:8. More generally, the Word of God explicitly condemns all false religions as demonic in 1Cor.10:20: "the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils." What's more, God says this and just a few verses later says, "Give none offense, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God." Clearly, when God says give none offense, He means don't sin. He does not view telling the truth as something offensive.
Question 6. O'Reilly: But you can't do that and expect moderate Muslims, who respect their religion, all right, to help you. And you cant win the war on terror unless moderate Muslims help us. So carrying it to its extreme, the Rev. Robertson and Dr. Franklin, uh, Dr. Graham, I should say, are putting the country in danger by these kind of statements that are gonna be twisted and delivered to the Arab world as a condemnation of Muslims. And I don't think Billy Graham would ever say that anyway, do you? Answer to 6: Who do we really need to protect us from terrorists, the "moderate" Muslims or God? The country is in danger because Koran teaches Muslims that the only way to be sure of going to heaven is to die fighting in the cause of Allah. At any moment, what you call a "moderate" Muslim might decide to start following his Koran and become a terrorist. Remember, the London bombers were second-generation British citizens. The truth is, the Gospel is offensive to those who reject it. The Bible says, "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness." 1Cor.1:18. Billy Graham never shirked from telling people they were hell-bound sinners, and if you think he was not met with hate just look at how the media, the Left, and Hollywood treat Christians. But if you are really worried about offending Muslims, are you ready to shut down and shut up the abortionists, the homosexuals, the feminist movement, the fashion industry that promotes immodest clothing, the alcohol industry, the gaming industry and even state lotteries? All these elements of Western society are offensive to Muslims and, in fact, they provide a tremendous incentive to jihad because they confirm what Koran says, that non-Muslims will do evil.
Question 7. O'Reilly: But you can say that in different ways, Dr., with all due respect, do you think Billy Graham would get out there and say, uh, [unintelligible] yeah, you go live in Saudi Arabia? I just don't think they'd do it. See I don't mind, I know what you're saying, I don't mind you spreading your belief system, but I don't think you should be condemning the beliefs of others, particularly in a war on terror. Answer to 7: So what you are saying is that we as Americans should give up our right to free speech because of the threat of terrorism. That's certainly what the media and the politicians have done, they have not told the truth about Islam. But if fear of your enemy makes you afraid to tell the truth about him, that's surrender, that's not victory. How will you confront Muslims in this country? Do you think our constitutional freedom of religion gives you a right to follow the Koran, which teaches Muslims should kill or enslave non-Muslims? 18 U.S.C. s. 241 makes what Koran teaches a criminal conspiracy, but since we have not used it to defend ourselves Muslims in Western countries - particularly the U.S. - are increasingly turning to a strategy of peaceful jihad. Between immigration, reproduction, and conversion Islam is the fastest growing religion in America, and soon Muslims will be electing their own politicians and demanding laws that conform to Koran. If you're afraid to tell Muslims the truth, you better get ready to live under Sharia. And the only way for non-Muslims to stay alive under Sharia is to become slaves and pay the jizya.
Question 8. O'Reilly: Okay, and your entitled to your opinion but exacerbating a war on terror I think hurts the country. Want to have the last word real quick? Answer to 8: Laws and even the full force of the American military will not stop people who think the only way to get to heaven is to die fighting us. The only real weapon we have in the War on Terror is the truth that God requires people to love their neighbors and that faith in Jesus Christ is the true way to get to heaven. Maybe as a nation we ought to be asking Muslims which rule they think will make life better for them, love your neighbor or kill him. The truth is, more Muslims are fleeing Islam now than at any time in the past 1400 years. People know in their hearts when they are caught up in something evil, and reinforcing that perception by explaining that Islam is demonic and sharing the Gospel is not only the best, but the only way to stop Islamic terrorism. Because it is God's moral rules that create freedom and make prosperity and peace possible, nothing could be more important to Iraq's freedom than getting Bibles.

here. Islam is a Criminal Conspiracy under U.S. law As you might expect, U.S. law outlaws any scheme to kill, enslave, or extort money from U.S. citizens. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, section 241 states in relevant part:
The rights to life, liberty, and property are all guaranteed by the Constitution and U.S. law. Thus, the teachings of Koran serve to make Islam an illegal criminal conspiracy under U.S. law. Now, are we going to do something about that? Under U.S. Supreme Court precedent, e.g. Employment Div., Ore. Dept. of Human Res. v. Smith, 494 U.S. 872 (1990), the First Amendment's free exercise of religion clause does not shield religious practices that violate the law.
